A Resource for Male Spouses of Women with Breast Cancer
This is a toolkit to help you care for your partner with cancer and
prepare for possible changes or events. It is based on a research
study and what other male spouses have told us. It was developed
with an expert panel of researchers, doctors, psychologists,
sociologists and other male spouses. As a result it has a section of
activities for you to engage in. It also contains contact information
to help you connect with services in your community. As well, there
are suggestions and information about resources to help you.
This toolkit can be used however you like and shared with
whomever you wish. It can be used on your home computer, your laptop, your tablet and your smart phone.
You may choose to use different activities in this toolkit depending
on what you feel you need. There is no need to complete any of the
activities if you don’t want to. It is up to you.
There is a place to store what you want to share with others. You
can add or delete parts as you wish.
The site is compatible with Chrome mobile and desktop browsers, the latest Internet Explorer browsers, and Safari on Mac and Apple devices.
